Research Focus

My primary research is in using Product Design for Social Innovation. I'm interested in creating tools and methods for developing technically complex, socially relevant, and commercially viable products. Within this broad umbrella, I focus more specifically on Frugal Design, Inclusive Design, Design for Sustainable Development and Design for Children. The following are a list of publications in these areas. Please contact me for getting the full text if you are interested.
